§ 1It’s forbidden to bring cell phones, GPS devices, telephoto lenses longer than 150mm and camcorders into North Korea.

§ 9Pokud průvodce naznačí, že není vhodné se na nějakém místě zdržovat, je třeba to respektovat.

§ 10Průvodce nese za chování turisty odpovědnost před vyššími orgány.

§ 11Jakýkoliv projev kritiky nebo neúcty vůči Velkému vůdci může být trestně postihován. Trest ovšem dopadá primárně na průvodce, nikoliv na turistu.

North Korea is accused from creating contration camps. 200 000 people, including children born to “the enemy of the system“, are estimated to be kept in these camps.
